Robbie is an accomplished Bank Operations Executive with demonstrated success improving bank performance, increasing profitability through process improvements, and maintaining competitive advantage.  Her expertise lies in retail operations and bank administration, efficient facility operations, and cost controls.  She is a proven leader in training and managing team members from diverse backgrounds, while creating synergy among departments to increase proficiencies. 

Robbie has over 35+ years of banking experience in Oklahoma and Georgia from bank charters to mergers and acquisitions.  She was instrumental in the Charter of The Bankers Bank in Oklahoma in 1989 with 2 other bankers.  She moved to Atlanta, GA in 1994 to work in the banking software industry.  In 1999 she managed the operations of the first internet bank, NetBank. In 2002, she became Director of Operations for Bank of North Georgia, part of the Synovus Group, where she directed Deposit/Loan/Branch Operations, Fraud/Loss Prevention and Bank Policies/Procedures.  In 2008, she moved to the Synovus Holding Company as Director of Loan Operations to centralize Loan Operations for the 32 banks in 5 states in their holding company.

Katie Childers is an experienced bank operations professional.   She is dedicated to improving processes and ensuring that personnel are properly trained.   She is adept at effectively solving process issues and specializes in helping teams work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and ensure efficient banking operations.

Katie's career has been centered in bank operations, managing operational efficiencies for branches, re-engineering workflow, writing operational procedures and manuals, and developing forms.  Her goal is to improve service while reducing expenses.   She has worked with teams at all levels and ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines.
